Staybridge Suites - Phoenix – Biltmore Area, an IHG Hotel

The property was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and took care of us. The price was right for our budget. Breakfast was served each morning and a guest social in the evening was really great! The room we had was a suite so we could prepare meals if we wanted to which was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. We will stay here again.

The staff were uniformly lovely - very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with good facilities. Parking was not a problem

Traveling for an interview and realized late at night I needed 2 more copies of my resume. The night front desk person was extremely kind and helpful and printed 2 copies for me. When I arrived downtown for my interview it became evident that I would not return in time for checkout. I contacted the front desk and they extended my checkout by a half hour. It really lifted the stress of the morning. The rooms were perfect, bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.

We’re a local family needed a night to stay and this was a great decision. The front desk representative was very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean. we accidentally left my wifes makeup bag and inside was her $3000 marriage ring. my wife thought she had it in another bag and later in the day we checked and remembered she left her bag in the hotel. we went back and they had it there waiting for us. We appreciate taking care that for us. its a great hotel and comfortable to stay. we’re definitely going to go back.
